Passengers are reminded that there is a strict no-alcohol policy on all coaches. Anyone caught drinking alcohol on board will be removed from the coach at the earliest safe opportunity and will be responsible for making their own onward or return journey.
Drunkenness will not be tolerated. Anyone causing a nuisance to the driver or fellow passengers will be removed from the coach at the next safe point and will be responsible for making their own onward or return journey.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted on board at any time. This includes e-cigarettes.
If you witness a breach of these rules, please make the Supporters' Association representative travelling with you aware so that it can be dealt with appropriately and promptly.
Please do not talk to or question the driver while they are in control of the coach, including while moving or stopped at a junction or roundabout.
Please use the rubbish bins or bags provided by the coach company, or take your rubbish with you when leaving the coach.
Singing is welcome, but please remember that young children may be on board and keep your language appropriate. No C-bombs.
You are responsible for your personal belongings and your own care. If you require a carer, you must arrange this yourself, as fellow passengers cannot be responsible for your welfare.
If you would like someone to bring you a drink or snack during a comfort break, please make sure you have sufficient cash to pay for it.
We will do our very best to accommodate your needs regarding scooter or walking-frame storage and, where possible, coach parking.
